Customer data
When you sign up we keep your email, company domain, plan and preferences. Stripe handles payments; we never see or store card numbers. We use your email to sign you in, send the data you subscribed to, and send account notices.
Public-record data
Permit, appraisal and state-agency records are public. Owner names and mailing addresses come from appraisal-district rolls. We add contact details only when the owner is a company. To ask us to review or suppress a record about you, email data@permitdatanow.com and we'll answer within 10 business days.
Cookies and analytics
We use a sign-in cookie and a referral cookie that tells us which page or email brought you here. We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes right away and permanently.
Sharing
We don't sell customer data. We share it only with the providers that run the service (Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Google) and when the law requires it.
